- Renter is EZ CAMPER OÜ, 14719781, Pärnu, Saarde county, Rabaküla, Rabametsa vkt20.
- For renting a campervan the renter / Lessee must provide a valid driving license and his/her document (ID card or the passport). If there is more drivers, the driving licences of those people must be presented. The Lessee must be at least 25 years old and have a valid category B driving license for at least 3 years.
- EZ CAMPER OÜ has a right to do the backround checks, and refuse from the lease, if needed.
- If the company wants to rent the campervan, the contract must be signed by a board member or by the person authorized for that purpose. Suitable documents must be submitted, certifying that the person has all rights to represent this particular company (letter of empowerment, letter of guarantee, copy of the B-card of the commercial register). In addition to signing the lease agreement, there is also a surety agreement to be signed where the user of the vehicle guarantees to be responsible of any depts or obligations taken by the company.
- EZ Camper OÜ is not directly or indirectly liable , for any expenses caused by a technical failure of the motorhome and/or if the trip is interrupted / delayed due to the above.
- EZ Camper OÜ is not liable for any damage or delay caused by a previous lessee.
- Rental price includes the cost of oils, maintenance, compulsory motor third party liability insurance and a full comprehensive insurance. The rental price does not include fuel.
- The motorhome is handed over clean and with a full tank of fuel and water . WC and used water tanks are empty.
- We strongly recommend to carefully inspect and record any damage or defects at the time of handover. Please record any scratches, missing or broken equipment, etc., to avoid liability for any previous damages / defects .
BOOKING, SECURITY DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
- Minimum rental period is three days. During the high season (01.06. to 31.08. and during school holidays) the minimum rental period is 7 days.
- Booking fee is 30% of the total cost, minimum of 300 EUR. Booking fee is non refundable, if cancelled less than 30 days before the rental period.
- Booking is confirmed, when EZ Camper OÜ has received the booking fee. If not paid, the booking and the request will be cancelled after 3 days.
- When booking during the high season ( 01.06. – 31.08.), and less than 30 days before the rental period, the booking fee is 50% .
- In case of a sudden change of plans, there is possible to change the reservation dates, but only, if the alternative options are available .
- The remaining amount of the rental cost ( total amount minus booking fee) and the security deposit will be charged before the rental period and by the date determened in the rental agreement.
- We accept bank transfer or cash.
- Rental agreement is valid from the time when the campervan is handed over to the renter until all the responsibilities are fulfilled from both sides at the end of the rental period.
- Renter must fill the tank prior to returning the motorhome. We do accept the car that is not completely fueled but we charge the 42.-EUR service fee plus the cost of the missing fuel.
- EZ Camper OÜ has the right to deduct the given amounts from the deposit.
- Damage caused by incorrec fueling will be compensated by the renter.
- Rental contract is binding even if the renter has not read the contract or doesn´t fully understandd its content. Fine for violating the contract is 500.- EUR. Any disagreement is resolved either by negotiation or by the court .
- The Lessee of the campervan pays a security deposit of 800 EUR . The security deposit or the remaining part of it will be paid 1 week after the rental period has ended, and if there is no demands from the third parties.
- The final settlement takes place after the return of the vehicle to the Lessor.
- All expences and fees can be paid both by bank transfer and in cash.
- Damage caused by incorrect fueling will be compensated by the renter.
INSURANCE; LIABILITY AND THIRD PARTIES
- The rental price of the campervan includes comprehensive car insurance (accident, vandalism) with the Lessee’s deductible of 600 EUR and theft insurance with the lessee’s deductible of 15% of the vehicle’s cost (vehicle value is specified in the lease agreement). The tires and wheels of the vehicles are not insured and the Lessee bears full material responsibility for both the tires and the wheels. In case of the theft of the campervan, the Lessee is obliged to present the car keys and the vehicle registration certificate. The larceny or theft must be registered by the police.. In the event of an accident, the Lessee must have police report to prove the accident took place with an explanation letter to the insurance company. The rental company must be informed immediately (contact information can be found in the rental agreement).
- All claims from third parties caused by the Lessee and/or campervan’s users during the rental period (e.g. traffic violations, parking fines, late payment decisions, car transfers, etc.) are also to be fully reimbursed in arrears by the Lessee and/or the users of the vehicle.
RECIEVING/RETURNING THE VEHICLE. RENTAL PERIOD
- Campervan is handed over : Pärnu maakond, Saarde vald, Rabaküla, Rabametsa vkt20 on the first day of the rental period between: 14.00, unless something different is agreed.
- The rental period starts on the first day at 2PM and ends on the last day of the rental period no later than 11AM, unless agreed otherwise.
- Late fee: 15 min – 1 hour – 45 EUR; 1-2 hours – 100 EUR; more than 2 hours – the Lessor has the right to add an additional fee for one rental day to the rental amount. If the Lessee is late more than one day the late fee is double of the normal cost of the day.
- The campervan is returned to the Lessor by the Lessee with the clean interior, filled fuel tank, the sewage tank and the toilet cartridge have been emptied. Campervan has to be reasonable clean. If not,the price of the interior cleaning is 100 EUR . The price for emptying sewage tanks and toilet cassettes is 40 EUR. Pets are not allowed in the car without prior agreement. Smoking in a motorhome is strictly forbidden-penalty 300 EUR. The Lessor has the right to deduct the amounts mentioned above from the deposit.
- By signing the rental agreement the renter gives EZ Camper OÜ the right to debit all fines or added fees from the credit card, debit card or deduct from security deposit after the end of the rental contract.
- Outdoor washing is included in the rental price and is performed by EZ Camper OÜ at its own expense.
- when returned, the Lessor and the Lessee will inspect the car together Defects that did not exist before renting period and that cannot be considered normal wear and tear will be compensated by the Lessee according to the price list provided.
- The renter is responsible for paying all road taxes, parking fees or any other charges that may apply while using the car. We expect you to use the car in good faith and return it in the same condition it was given to you at the start of the rental period.
- It is forbidden to drive on unofficial roads or roads without proper foundation or on roads where the surface may endanger the car tires, rims, suspensions or other parts of the car. Also drive too close to the coastal area.
- It is forbidden to take the car to a racetrack or participate in any official or unofficial races. Do not use the car for driving lessons, paid passenger transport, to carry dangerous goods, livestock etc. Do not wash the car in an automatic washer that uses brushes as the brushes and powerful water streams can damage the protective adhesive or paint.
EQUIPMENT
- Motorhome has winter tires for slippery period.
- Our campervan is also equipped with GPS devices that allow the Lessor to monitor the intended use of the vehicle.
VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT
- Each signed contract is binding – even if the Lessee has not read or understood it. We always recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully before signing the contract. Subsequent claims will not be satisfied or will be settled in court.
- Contract is terminated when all responsibilities are fullfilled from both sides and there is no complaints or demands from third parties.
DRIVING OUTSIDE EU
- The customer is forbidden to travel outside the European Union with the rented motorhome (except Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Andorra). The rental company hase to be informed at least 14 days before the rental period.
- More detailed conditions are provided in the lease agreement.
- Please treat our car like your own: drive responsibly and keep it tidy!
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
- Sometimes due to unforseen circumstances (crash, vehicle theft, etc) we are unable to supply the booked motorhome. EZ Camper OÜ will take no responsibility if the booked car is not physically present in the depot due to external conditions beyond our control. We will always do our best to provide the motorhome on time.
PRIVATE DATA
- Any customer data stored by EZ Camper OÜ is considered confidential and not disclosed to third parties. The company does not disclose information to third parties unless required by law. Communication between the customer and banks or credit card payment system is encrypted. EZ Camper OÜ does not have access to customer´s bank account or card information. Private data supplied to EZ Camper OÜ is protected and handled according to private data protection legislation in Estonia.
